A roaming eco hub
Amie Alissa Watson
is a Green Entrepreneur and climate activist with a practical, inclusive approach. Her journey has taken her from struggling single mum to founding not-for-profit grassroots initiative Slow Circular Earth.
Her desire to empower others to live affordable, sustainable lives sparked the idea for Zero Waste Cafe
Zero Waste Café is Slow Circular Earth with legs, or wheels and bells on – going straight to the heart of communities to connect individuals, homemakers and community groups with the skills and know-how they need to live sustainably.
Do you want to do more?
We are now out and about around Greater Lincolnshire, raising awareness on sustainability and practical climate action.
We’re on a mission to inspire families and individuals to lead more eco-friendly lives.

What is the Zero Waste Café?
We are pop-up
We travel far and wide to create a platform to share how fun and creative sustainability can be. Green life, every day and for all.
We are practical
Alongside delicious plant-based, zero-waste refreshments, we demonstrate simple ways to save money, conserve energy, and protect our planet for future generations.
We want to create feel-good opportunities to come together… at film screenings, skills-sharing demos, talks and our sofa-seated ‘eco-library’.
We embody green
We aim to foster a constructive and accessible approach to eco-consciousness and climate activism. Our mission revolves around empowering individuals and families to implement small, yet impactful steps and real solutions within their communities.
We are on the up
Our upcycled horse trailer is an example of real off grid technology. With shiny solar panels, alongside reused natural materials, we look like the future. Zero-waste is the future…
We need you!
We need you to want us! Basically, we would love you to get involved. Perhaps you fancy serving drinks, drive our media, deliver talks. You could help us film the documentary. All suggestions welcome!
